Ashley R. Elem is an attorney, entrepreneur, founder, and real estate professional whose work has always centered on turning complicated problems into clear next steps.

Her path began with a B.A. in Psychology and Political Science, followed by a J.D. and an MBA in Real Estate Finance. That combination shaped the way she works: understand the people, master the issue, follow the money, and determine what will actually work.

Before entering legal practice, Ashley worked as a licensed real estate leasing agent in Chicago and later in New York City. Her New York experience expanded into property management and real estate brokerage. She ultimately became a licensed New York real estate broker, giving her firsthand knowledge of leasing, ownership, financing, carrying costs, occupancy, valuation, and sale.

Over more than a decade of litigation and transactional work, Ashley has learned that people rarely need more noise. They need someone who can identify the real problem, explain the options in plain language, and build a solution that works beyond the conference room or courthouse.
